FAA Regulatory

ENSCO works closely with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the development of commercial space and UAS operations, and develops operational policies for the integration of these activities into the National Airspace System (NAS). ENSCO was the first organization to prepare a safety approval application to the FAA for commercial launch. An in-depth understanding of the regulations and policies associated with Aviation, Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) and Space Operations help our clients develop operational strategies that are safe and FAA-compliant.
