Meet Jacob

Jacob is from Cocoa Beach, Florida. He specializes in Data Science and hopes to get into a corresponding line of work.
 

School

He is attending Eastern Florida State College and will be graduating in Winter 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems Technology.
 

What Jacob is Working On

On top of his normal IST duties, Jacob will be completing his SEC+ certification and starting work on his Internship Capstone Project, which is going to involve maturing, simplifying, and documenting our Cisco secure endpoint deployment process.
 

Why ENSCO

Jacob is one of many ENSCO personnel who have seen the success of one of their family members at the company and decided to pursue that same success. His sister, Jade Harrison, encouraged him to apply based on his qualifications.
 

Off-the-Clock Jacob

Outside of work, Jacob has started learning how to play ice hockey and is trying to get good enough to participate in pickup games with his friends.

“I disc golf with my dad all around the country, I love to kayak right from out of my backyard and play video games with my friends on a near daily basis. Fun Fact: I love collecting random instruments and vinyl records. The weirder the better.”
